Q: How does "Rent or Own" work?
A: It’s simple. Every item on EcoGlam has two prices.
Rent It: Pay a fraction of the price to wear it for 4 or 8 days. Perfect for a one-time event.
Own It: Fall in love? Buy it outright and keep it forever.
Tip: If you rent a dress and decide you can’t part with it, we’ll deduct your rental fee from the purchase price so you can keep it!
Q: How long is a typical rental period?
A: Our standard rental is 4 days.
Day 1: Dress arrives (try it on!).
Day 2: Accessorize and prep.
Day 3: The Big Event (You look stunning).
Day 4: Pack it up and drop it off using the prepaid label.
Need it longer? We offer 8-day rentals for destination weddings.
Q: Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
A: No! Please do not try to clean it yourself. We handle all professional dry cleaning (it’s included in your rental price). Just pack it up after your event, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q: What if the dress doesn’t fit?
A: We want you to be 100% confident.
Check the Size Guide: We list specific measurements (Bust/Waist/Hips) for every designer.
The “Backup Size” Feature: For many Western gowns, we send a second size for free (e.g., if you order a 6, we’ll send a 4 or 8 as backup).
Indian Wear Flexibility: Most of our Lehengas and skirts have adjustable drawstrings or hooks that allow for a 1-2 inch margin of error.
